• Students evaluate their teachers at the end of the term
• Send parents a weekly letter about the lessons of the week and have them evaluate how they feel their student is doing and what they might need help with. 
• Have teachers evaluate the teacher in the grade level behind them. This is because teachers will be able to see what their students know and have learned from the previous year. 
• This will be relatively inexpensive and the hardest part with be an issue of using extra time. 
• Drop in principal observations (unscheduled)
