Ohio Teacher Evaluations

I recently got into a new education major, and I am really excited to hone in on actual teaching methods and learn about how to manage my own classroom. At orientation, the program managers discussed the importance of our success. For the first three years of my time in a school, I will have no tenure. For the first three years of my career, I can be dismissed at any point for any reason. If I am not performing well, my job will not continue.
But how will I be evaluated? The Ohio Department of Education lays out some of the guidelines under which I will be observed and evaluated.

According to this, it appears that teachers are evaluated in the context of an established professional relationship with superiors (professional growth plan, collaborative efforts?), observations, and walkthroughs (another collaborative effort?). So when teachers are being judged against test scores and student growth, there is also some involvement that can shed light how a teacher's effort.

In my field experiences, there has not been a lot of discussion on teacher evaluations, so I don't know how these things are actually applied and put into practice, but how does Ohio seem to be measuring up to evaluations?
