Ideal School
-children would have a say in their environment: all students would have a specific job that they had to do daily in the classroom so that they have ownership and a sense of responsibility, children will be invited to help problem solve with the teachers and faculty
-teachers will be hired on a year to year contract with an evaluation process that teachers must pass each year
-there will be an open door policy so that children can leave to the bathroom and other classrooms during center time, the principle can come in to the classrooms everyday also
-students will have more choice over their classes (they can choose which science classes they take, read about books that they are interested in, etc.)
